Supplemental Class Policy Updated 8/15/2019

Attendance - classes are held year round

  • To attend, students must be currently enrolled in either private or group instrument classes

  • Classes must be reserved online prior to attending class (through your student portal calendar)

  • Classes can be added up to 2 hours before an event

  • An assessment is required to qualify a student attending any levels above Prep

If a student drops into a class without signing up on the calendar, the student may only be allowed to attend if there is open space. The teacher will then manually add the student to the calendar for billing purposes. If there is no room to attend the class, the student will be instructed to wait in the waiting room or sent to the lab for independent practice.

Classes will be billed according to the calendar when tuition is processed - classes added after the the billing date will be added to the next month. No refunds.

Cancellations & Makeups

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a make up credit; otherwise, your class will be forfeited. This helps open a last minute spot for another student. Cancellations must be made through the calendar on your student account. This will automatically notify the teacher and place a makeup on your account to be used for another supplemental class.

Any make up credits will be applied to classes attended and those classes will not be billed to your account.
